Heavenly Father,
Today we humble ourselves before You, remembering that this world is temporary but Your kingdom is eternal. When we look around and see uncertainty, fear, conflict, and instability, help us remember that You are still sovereign and seated upon the throne.
Lord, forgive us for the times we have placed our trust in things that cannot last. Forgive us for depending more on earthly security than on Your presence. Teach us to build our lives upon Jesus Christ, the only foundation that remains unshaken when everything else trembles.
Strengthen our faith in difficult times. When fear spreads through the world, let peace rise within us. When others are overcome with anxiety, help us remain steady in Your promises. Give us wisdom to live faithfully, courage to stand for truth, and discernment to recognize what truly matters.
Father, awaken every sleeping heart. Let people everywhere turn back to You while mercy is still being extended. Remove pride, complacency, and spiritual blindness. Lead us into deeper repentance, deeper surrender, and deeper trust in Christ alone.
Protect our families, strengthen Your church, and guide those who are struggling today. Remind the weary that they are not abandoned. Remind the fearful that You are near. Remind the faithful that Your promises cannot fail.
And when the earth shakes around us, let our hearts remain anchored in You.
For You alone are our refuge, our hope, and our everlasting security.
